Sayyidul Istigfar

My granny ask me to wrote something for her. A phrase and sayyidul Istigfar (the grand apologies). At first, i make a simle one. Then, i rewrote back like below:

Still wanna improve the skill. Since calligraphy is an art, thus need practice. Practice make perfect, perhaps. I usually wrote calligraphy in 3 condition (mood); 1) Sad, 2) Depressed, 3) Happy. And you know, the time i can be sure to make the best one is during depressed where all the idea and creativity flows like river. Its kinda hobby and way to release stress (besides sleep..).
Later, i'll post some of my works on people name that i make into figures (need to make new one because all of them had been given to particular person). See again.

Still More..

  I'd participate in a calligraphy contest, but didn't satisfied with my works. Then, I make another one. I don't have the one I make in the contest, but I'll show you the one that I remake.

I would like to make improvement on it. Hm.. Meanwhile, I would like to show my works on last Raya I'dulfitri. See the card front page:

Calligraphy Art

Each country or race or ethnic has their own art and aesthetic value. In writing skills, there are also various kind of art to write words and sentences. Chinese has their own calligraphy for their writing skills which then has influence Japanese. Westerners has their own calligraphy as well. Same goes to Arabic calligraphy.
I'm very interested in Arabic calligraphy which has a uniqueness that is different than the other calligraphy. Look at the pictures showing the word 'LOVE' written in several calligraphy style:

Those three are Japanese and Chinese calligraphy for word 'LOVE'. Look at Arabic style (basic) mean 'LOVE' below:
